Default 100nl: Whats your std turn play against an unknown here?

Villain is unknown. Is your default play a b/f here and then c/c or c/f on river depending on the card and bet size? IS there any merit to a c/c on the turn and then a river c/c or c/f?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $113.85

Hero (UTG): $100.00
CO: $98.50
BTN: $130.95

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $4.00, CO calls $4.00, 3 folds

I'd just check-fold against an unknown. Ideally, we'd like a fold if we bet because we can't really fire again on the river with such a weak hand. However, the hands he called with on the flop are likely to call or raise the turn, with the exception of 5x. So, betting the turn is a fairly thin value bet that is quickly negated on the river because we will have a tough time making a good decision there (unless we hit a Ten).

turn c/c + river c/c = poor choice with our hand, especially since there are exactly two river cards that we are happy to see

turn c/c + river c/f = the definition of spew

I go ahead and fire $18-20 here and expect to take down the pot.
