Final Paradise trip report for me. Just got my last cashout of $647 US...cost me $8.41 in exchange vig. Leaves me with $0.12 in my account, and $750 in uncleared bonus.

Just to remind everyone, the cashout process is rather odd in that you can't really tell it went through properly. Then a couple of days later...surprise! You receive your money.

Bye Paradise...I'll miss your great software, your PAHUD compatibility, your huge table selection...oh wait, you had none of those things. However, I WILL miss your fish. Perhaps I'll find a better Boss skin and catch those fish with a different net.

dlk9s - time for PSO to bring in a different Boss skin, perhaps?

I had a little over $2000 dollars in my account and just today i was aware of this change of network when i read this post.

I tried installing the new software on my desktop but after downloading starting instalation when i reached the point where more stuff is downloaded from boss media ftp in the end it asked my kerio firewall to let my asus BIOS upgrade utility run and if i clicked yes it would just launch it and close poker software. If i choose no the poker software closes too!!!

I tried instaling in my wife laptop and all went well.

Anyway i had my dolars converted in euros since i live in Portugal and just cashed all threw bank transfer. When money arrives i will reply here.

Oh, i also have around $300 in bonus but i couldnīt care less about it.

We noticed you have not played at Paradise recently. Well Paradise has changed and change is good. ParadisePoker has a new home and to tempt you to try out our new software, we have left $100 cash in your account, no strings attached.

Eskimo, I finally got a response back from support

"Hello,

Thank you for the email. Please be advised that there is some technical difficulty faced by our Australian players in relation to Neteller and we expect this to be resolved soon and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Kind Regards,

I tried to do a bank transfer and it was 'returned'. I'm just going to withdraw via Neteller.
