How long have checks from poker stars taken you?

Just curious? It's been over a month for me and I still haven't gotton a legit response yet telling me wtf is actualy going on with my money. It actualy pisses me off though because I nead this money for rent. I've gotton the run around twice already trying to cash my money out, but nobody will answer my friggen emials. LEEEEEE please help me?

It was a small check for 500$, but I wanted it over a month ago. I'm getting close to cash broke with all my money in FT and Stars, and I hate the fact that I only cashed out 500 a long time ago but it still hasn't gotton to me.

This seems remarkably odd. I've gotten 6 checks, none have taken more than 5 business days.

I have had similar bad experiences with PokerStars check cashouts recently. After waiting about a month for a couple of checks they were going to cancel them so I could cash out again [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] but then they said they were returned as undeliverable. Very odd since one of the 3 checks I requested (the middle one) made it to me.

Very confusing and inaccurate email correspondence with support about this too. If they just told me they don't know WTF is going on that would be a lot better and I'd understand it given the current state of cashouts/deposits.

I would go out of my way to make sure all my cashouts are 1k+ so they are delivered by courier.

Has anyone had a check not arrive before and had to go through the cancel check procedure?

I would hate to be a player who is waiting for a $30k check in the mail and be the victim of fraud.

I've always gotten a check from Stars a week after cashout, and by regular postal mail. And they're always responsive to my e-mails on other matters. Stars has a very good reputation for response. It's odd that you're having so much trouble.
