computer won't start

so i got a new power supply, and now the only difference is when i press the power button, the led up by where the RAM is goes on, but nothing else.

is this looking like a motherboard problem i guess?

awww man that sucks - try taking out one stick of ram - or putting in a hard drive from another computer and see if it boots- and get back to us -GL
