ryanair and easyjet. not sure about that particular connection. easyjet might be a better bet.

http://farechase.yahoo.com ~ This is the first site I check out and then look for other places that beat it. Usually, they'll give you the best you can find. I'm not sure how great they are with intercontinental flights though.

kelkoo.co.uk is good. Check out more countries than one (.de/.no etc), it often pays off. Same thing goes for opodo.com.

If you're flying within a single country in western europe you're often best off flying with the national carrier. Some good low-price carriers i can think of off the top of my head are:

Easyjet/Ryanair, airberlin, nikki, norwegian, sterling, airbaltic

fly ryanair if you want smaller seats than Southwest and worse service. it's cheap, though.
