obviously its rigged, the secret is finding out how to use that rigging to your advantage like all your opponents did.

tl;dr. But to answer your title question...

I firmly believe that NL25 is rigged, the money just shuffled around, to even out the playing field. This is so that players don't go broke quickly and leave online poker for good.

NL50 isn't rigged in my experience.

I'm sorry that you are playing so low. I knew that you used to play way higher. Keep a stiff upper lip. You'll be up to NL200 quickly, as I'm sure you are a good enough player for a decent winrate up there.
