kid posts right behind me, in MP, hes loose passive. a limp, I limp A9s, kid(MP) raises, button calls, SB calls, BB calls, limp calls, I call. Everyone in this pot is a 1st level thinker expect for the SB. He is a winning player in this game, no doubt. Flop is 996. Check to me, I check, MP bets, button folds, SB C/Rs... I call. MP complains about AK never hitting as he calls. Turn is a 6. SB bets, I call, MP thinks for a while and mucks. River is a 2. SB bets, I call. who likes it, who loves it?

(nice spelling btw [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]) as much as i think he can have a bare 6 or a medium pair like 77 and if he is going to fold a 6 here then it's time to exploit ppl's weak-tight river tendencies. also, is pf limp standard? i would think with or without a poster i'm raising here.

[/ QUOTE ] If this is such a concern (and I don't think it should be), then a turn raise might have been in order, since in that case he might think you were bluffing or semibluffing and calldown. This would be even better if you had at least a somewhat aggro image at the time. I don't know how sure you were of your read on SB, but alot of good players who "know" better will still make a call on the river raise here with a 6 or even worse, depending on their mood, their perception of you, etc
