From what I've seen there are still a lot of donks at this level still, and a lot of people treating top pair as the nuts. I could see K/Q or Q/A calling all three streets here, especially because of your bet sizes. It does kind of look like you have air, I would bet closer to the full pot than half the pot on all streets.
