this thread is already weird. There are like 3 ppl who posted that haven't posted (regularly) in months. WTF?

I lost interest in the forums for a while, but recently started playing poker a lot again so I am posting again.

I need a little help here on the blinds, cuz I'm confused:

this is the Sam's Town 4/8 game that i've posted about before. i try to leave the stakes out of my live hand posts because i think it (unnecessarily) intimidates online micro players.

anyway, the sb is $1, the bb is $2, it is $2 to go and a pfr is to $6.

in a kill pot, the sb is $1, the bb is $2, the kill poster posts $3, it is $3 to go and a pfr is to $9. the kill poster in the OP folded pf and paid rake for us.

Yeah I think you need to at least use some formulaic type of bet amount so I have a sense of the pot size. I probably wouldn't worry about posting the actual bet sizes. I think most know that live is softer than online.

ok now i see you have pot size figures!

I agree that because now there is a side pot, you are basically making free money regardless of the main pot contest--bet your hand.

the all-in guy is the least of my worries; the flop raiser still has plenty of chips in front of him.

to tyler: yeah my point is why aren't we value-betting.

to benny: you obviously post regularly, so were clearly excluded from my observation. Regarding the ignoring, I dunno--I think I responded to you in NC recently? Don't worry I'll be annoying you again soon enough!
