Nope, this looks totally standard. Not weird in any way. I probably prefer to c/c 5th though, but that's just me

Check call river. Your sidepot opponent has flush draw so there is no point in betting river unless you fill up.

If he has a flush draw and only a flush draw, then he folds every time he misses and raises every time he hits, so betting has no value. In reality, he won't always have a flush draw, and he could back into two pair which will pay off, so betting does have some value. I think checking is probably better, and it's not like you're giving up gobs of EV by checking behind in any case.
