Default 25NL - I has a boat

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $24.50
UTG+1: $33.40
UTG+2: $24.90
MP1: $24.50
MP2: $19.35
Hero (CO): $25.25
BTN: $99.10
SB: $37.30
BB: $31.40

Pre-Flop: 8 9 dealt to Hero (CO)
5 folds, Hero raises to $1, BTN raises to $1.75, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.75

Button is totally donktastic. I've been watching him jam pots with nothing for an hour and get super lucky. I am more than happy to see a flop here.

Flop: ($3.85) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $0.25</font>, Hero calls $0.25

WTF? Yeah, I'll draw to my 4 or 5 outs. OK.

Turn: ($4.35) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $3</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $9</font>, BTN calls $6

I figure anything better than 99777 shoves over my bet here, right. I'm goot.

River: ($22.35) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $14.25 and is All-In</font>

Take that!

How light was he 3-betting and has he min bet on the flop before? IDK, I don't think I can do anything different here given your description of villain. I guess which side of Zeebo do you think your on and do you think he will call with &lt;=88 or AK.

I agree with the play except im not sure if u wanna push in on the end here. Obviously u no the opponent better than us but u may wanna bet small and see if he tries to come over the top and then lock him all in. I cant say u played it wrong but its just another approach to consider

Turn I would have bet instead of check raise. At the river you have to ask yourself what hands you beat will call that bet. Answer: not many.
