Holiday 360 elite/premium console bundles verified

It's been verified (the bundles were temporarily enabled for preorder on Best Buy's site) that two 360 Holiday bundles will be coming soon. The bundles will be elite or premium 360s packaged with Forza Motorsport 2 and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Prices will be $449 for the elite bundle, $349 for the premium bundle. Estimated arrival late October to early November.

The marvel game is VERY bad. Same game that came out on the original XBOX w/ negligible graphics difference. I could never recommend this game to anyone.

Haven't played Motorsport, not really my thing, is it any good?

To me it seems like they are really trying to push some non-sellers into peoples hands.

Forza 2 is a very good Gran Turismo type racing game. On average it's gotten 9 out of 10 reviews according to gamerankings.

forza 2 has all the same tracks as original forza.

It's ok if you approach it as an arcade-like driving game. It's pretty bad as far as a real simulator goes.

I actually got a fair amount of entertainment out of Marvel. It was a little mindless entertainment that I could often turn to, and that was enough for me. Still, those bundles are nothing to get excited about.

Marvel is an amazingly fun game. Sure the graphics aren't that great, but the animations are great and give you an awesome sense of power.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance scored an 82/100 on metacritic

Forza 2 a 90/100.

I got it about 3 mos after I got X-Men 2 on the original XBox and it is virtually the same game, w/ almost no graphic enhancements w/ the same structure. I was pissed. If you haven't played X-Men Alliance it could be fun, but I had and I was bored after about 5 min.
