I probably play it the same way though I think you could certainly bet that flop. Actually if this is really me, I probably check the flop then bet the turn. At least make someone pay to catch the second runner of their runner-runner.

I might fold preflop. If not, I bet the turn.

Maybe folding pre-flop, but I'm betting flop every time.

1.) I'm folding preflop definitly
2.) If i don't want to fold preflop I shove preflop to chase of UTG - he gets great odds to call this
from then on it's fine for me.
What can you win with a bet - UTG will call you only if he beats you (AJ+, A8,set) (except he plays two diamonds - unlikely) otherwise its very likely that he folds - would you call a bet with A9,A7,KQ in this situation? If he folds you're still against the other 2 all-ins.
If he calls you built a side pot, which is for UTG worth winning, so what will you do if he calls and leads out on the river - will you call?

I think checking down this hand without a sidepot is always fine.

Raise it up pre-flop to isolate against MP2. It's just a waste of 3k if UTG decides to isolate when action comes back to him/her.
