Default small blind opening standards?

I did a search to see if there was any threads on this, but I'm losing tons of money from the sb and I think it might be because I try and steal the bb from the sb to often when it folds around. What are your opening standards from the sb when it folds to you against-

1. 14/7
3. 20/17
4. 50/30
5. 70/3

I'm sorry if this has been covered before (I'm sure it has), I did a search and couldn't find anything.

also I'm running about 33/17 in the sb right now.

Whats your steal success %? Very helpful to know if youre spewing from raising the wrong people or playing poorly postflop or getting coolered.
