wireless light on the router won't turn on

My netgear router won't transmit wirelessly, but it will transmit wired. The wireless light won't turn on. Is there a way to fix this or is it trash?

Have you checked that the WLAN interface is turned on at the config?

Can you try hard-resetting the router? Factory-fresh might fix it.

You could also hard wire it and do a firmware - upgrade - if it came from your ISP - then call them up - they will prob send someone out - and replace it for yah,if needed ... GL
