I've sent emails like they - they're usually pretty accommodating. They apologize, acknowledge their mistake, and adjust the software so the odds go back to normal. Then they send me a beanie for my troubles.

bump for FTP response email... tl;dr obviously

Hello Mark,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Firstly, I would like to assure you that our position here is to provide
you with the best possible gaming experience. If you have any
suggestions for improvements to our site, we are always open to any
changes that our customers may want. Simply email us back with
suggestions that will enhance your experience and we will forward it to
the proper department.

Secondly, when my previous associate stated that the best preflop hand
doesn't win because its a five card game, it was simply meant to
elucidate that the best preflop hand doesn't win all the time because
there are more cards to come which may influence the outcome of the
hands.

Regarding your theory on online poker sites and their tendencies to rig
the games; please be advised that your statement is invalid and
unfounded unless you can provide good reason for people to believe so.
Just because one has a bad streak does not mean that one can use their
bad streak as a universal maxim to the whole online poker world. We are
confident of our RNG and the hand distribution that ensues.

One of the greatest learning experience you will ever take away from a
poker table is your perspective and how you react to situations in which
you are struggling and are having a bad streak. Will you choose to blame
the dealer? Will you become mad at the players who are chasing? Will you
become frustrated enough that you have to blame something? I have seen
this done many times in real live casinos. Players becoming enraged,
throwing cards at the dealer, shouting out profanities, and firmly
believing statements like "why are you dealing the worst player all
these miracle cards?" or "it's all your fault that I am losing."

Dealers are very much like us in a sense. We merely deal the cards, and
whatever happens, happens. Whether one chooses to blame the "dealer" or
the RNG or the poker client is all hindsight. This is all a choice
people take to explain their losses and/or bad luck.

Naturally, some players are luckier than others, some unluckier, some
with "normal" luck. A person who walks down the street and gets hit by
lightning 3 times in their lifetime, I would claim to be unlucky. A
person who wins the lottery 3 times, I would claim to be lucky. There
are always going to be some people luckier, some people unluckier, and a
bunch resting somewhere in the middle.

I hope that I can somehow convince you that winning at poker is not all
monetary. Winning at poker is improving your psychological reactions to
players, the cards dealt to you, and the situation that ensues. Winning
at poker is how you handle losing sessions and how you handle your
winning sessions. Winning at poker is enjoying your play whether you win
or lose, regardless of how players at the table play and how the cards
are dealt!

I have been around the online poker scene for years and I have heard of
everything. Ranging from the "cashout curses" to the "let the fish win
pots generator." These are simply nonexistent. Players will always blame
something else for their losses. But why play the blame game? The best
response to losing a big pot or a bad losing session is to ask yourself,
"how can I improve not just my poker game, but the psychological aspect
of poker? Is there a frame of mind in which I can react better to what
just happened? Is there a way of thinking I can reach in which I do not
feel anger or disgust at the bad session?"

As an online poker for over a decade, as a brick & mortar poker player
for over a decade, I can assure you that the percentage of people who
win on a consistent basis is a very small portion. It is simply not
possible for all poker players to be winning players.

Having said all that, we can not release your bonues into your acount
until they are earned off by playing a certain amount of hands.

Regards,

Andrew

Yeah they could've just as easily sent an email saying "Please don't write us while you're drunk" with the same effect. It's funny though I think.
