I'm 3betting the turn here always to about 25? Not sure about the bet size to be honest, but I'm looking to get it in on the river. I don't really like a bet/fold here with the second nuts. If you're planning to bet/fold here, why not just c/c?

They both are shorties, you can't fold if you bet.

But how I would play this hand:
I would fold preflop because KTo in mway pot sucks. Especially you are OOP.

As played, I would check the flop. Its drawy and your hand is not great. I would c/c it.

Turn I would make PSB and try to put these shorties allin and your river decision is much more easier then.

As played, I would c/c river. If you bet I doubt that any worse hand calling.

[censored] didnt see stack sizes, if they are full stacks i think a b/f>>>>c/c because its doubtful anyone is raising with anything but Ad. Definitely put them in on the turn then, and c/c river.

Turn play is absolutely terrible. You recognize you should have bet more but what about just calling his raise???
I can only assume you are trying to induce a raise with such a weak bet, and you got one, wtf are you waiting for? call is really bad. You have top 2 and 2nd nut flush draw!
shove turn

as played I think smallish bet is better than check. Weak diamonds will call bet but check behind.

river play is not the lesson to take from this hand though.

As played just shove river as there so short, you can't fold to a bet. But you really need to raise the turn.
Any reason for you to just call the min raise?

Raise the turn and and defintely shove the river given their stack size
