69+6 on FTP. 5 players left of 400ish. 1st is $6800, 2nd 4200, 3rd 3300 and it rapidly trails from there. I'm sorry, this was a few days ago so I don't have all the relative chip stacks at the table which obviously will sway your decision depending on your relative place but I have about 200K in chips, villains has about 200K. There are two players with less than 100K. Blinds are 3K/6K with 750(i think) ante. I raise to 20K UTG+1 w/ a,10 off. I've shown average aggression. I've folded previously to repop. Villain repops allin from BB. He's been pretty aggressive and called someone elses allin for 40% of his stack w/ a,5 off. Can you call here?

i would fold, you raise from UTG showing strength, he still pushes. You still have a VERY workable stack. You can also probably find a much better spot vs. this guy.

It's 5 handed, he's in the CO. So, this doesn't really show a lot of strength.
