Can admins/mods see who has voted in a pole?

I'm curious since someone suggested that a politics pole might be "flooded". I don't think this is the case, and I don't even know if he's serious, but I was just wondering if there was a way to dected something like that (i.e. see if a bunch of people who just registered today voted in a pole).

Also, is it possible to find out which way they voted?
