If you're gonna play like this preflop, I don't understand why you aren't raising the flop.

Raising a dry multiway flop. Playing it this way can get villain to fire on multiple streets, and he could be doing it with air as well by putting us on a float with a pair, where if we raise he's likely folding a good portion of what we beat.

Also, does anyone think the turnbetsizing looks weak enough here that it might induce a weak bluff? We're basically getting mincheckraised here. I think you cut down on this by betting more like 2/3, and it's also worth doing for value and protection against backdoor draws.

I fold without a read here.

Hero ($1000)
Button ($384)
SB ($666.50)
BB ($344)
Villain ($1123)
MP ($201.50)

Preflop: Villain is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Villain raises to $40, 1 fold, Hero calls $40, 2 folds, BB calls $30.

Flop: ($125) 5, 9, K (3 players)
BB checks, Villain bets $100, Hero raises $300, BB folds, Villain ???

This is the best situation you can hope for, but do you think you're getting much more money from him here? Are you calling the flop raise against a TAG with position? If you do call it, are you calling the turn unimproved?
