definitely not standard IMO

I'd have rr preflop, as played call getting like 1.75 to 1 vs an obvious AK QQ+ range.

Also, theres a good chance of the shorty counterfeiting some of buttons outs.

Looks like BT wants to shut you out o get HU with allin and dead money. He turns up with mid PP's here alot. I stack off here.

i'd guess so, but in general vs good players in midstakes shorthanded cash games, QQ+ and AK are impossible to fold preflop for only 100bb.
