Default Turn spot vs lilholdem in 50r

Do hand converters work anymore? Been a while since I posted anything but I'm kind of curious what people like on this turn. He hasn't been as crazy as usual, but still opening lots of pots. I've 3bet him twice and showed neither. Also curious what people think of preflop, flop seems pretty standard.

I like preflop - against a player like that and at this stacksize/level, I'd defend most of the time with 98o. Flop was standard. On the turn, I'd probably c/r all-in sometimes and c/f sometimes, but I'm not sure that either one is significantly more +EV than the other. Metagame-wise, as long as you do both sometimes, I think all is ok.

i think i fold Preflop, your getting great odds but hes only like 25bbs deep and im not sure its worth it. I also prolly float flop, the Turn is a tough spot, b/c i think he checks lots of turns with a medium aces. i guess i just give up on turn though b/c i think its really marginal and he's gonna shove the river a lot

I think preflop you should fold, after the flop I think you should call all the way down, I think he is bluffing quite a bit here tbh.

I don't think you can call all the way down when it's going to cost you almost your entire stack. You can still get out on the turn for pretty cheap. Plus, any river card higher than a 9 is not good for us. I just don't see him bluffing often enough for us to essentially commit our stack to this hand.

It is all about his bet sizing. He makes stupid little bets like this as bluffs all the time.

Is he really bad/crazy enough to shove the river after I check/call the turn? I can't imagine ever check-folding any river after check calling that flop/turn. Also, the pot's pretty huge, so him folding something like KQ, 44, or whatever is a big deal if he's not going to bluff shove the river.

As for preflop, I don't think him only being 25 bets deep is a reason not to call. The shallower he is the more I like defending here as we have to worry about reverse implied odds less and less.
