Use of SNGPT and other tools

I have PT for cash games but have recently begun to focus more on SNGs. I'm doing ok at micros $6.5 turbos on stars and was wondering if everyone uses tools. Is anyone killing the games without? Just wondering how useful people find them for SNGs and even some smaller MTTs.

I have actually turned off PT and rely just on reads in sngs. I think sngwiz (or sngpt) is essential though.
