$6.5 Stars, AQ facing allin from loose player
This seemed like a no-brainer at the time, but I'm starting to question it. Before this, the guy making this raise had shown down QJo which he called a raise with preflop, and ATs which he called an allin for 800 with preflop. Given his range, and the fact that I was already down 360 chips, should I have called here?

Fold. Really need a little more info regarding villains range. His calls may have been good, depending on several factors.

There's a big difference between calling loose and raising loose. I'd fold. I doubt he's wide enough to call.

[/ QUOTE ] Which brings up the question, how loose would he have to be to make this a good call? Would you expect him to be pushing with hands like 44, KJs, A4s, A8o? If yes (and if you assume the BB will only 2 players both all-ins with just AA and KK) then you could call. If pusher is any looser, you should call. If he's any tighter, you should fold. |
