Default OT-Teaching a friend to beat sngs in one day

So I have a good friend I grew up with that wants to learn how to beat sngs, prob is he's going back to college tomorrow. He's a pretty smart guy extremely good in math and statistics and is a fast learner. Problem is he only knows the very basics of poker. Who thinks someone can learn how to beat the 6 dollar tables in 8-10 hours with no experience in poker?

At the very least you can teach him how to use SNGPT, ICM and all the other tools which will allow him to figure it out when he goes back to school.

Pretty sure anyone with mild intelligence could be taught that really easily in 8 hours. It might not be a great ROI, but certainly profitable. Especially with you as the teacher.

I think this could be done with relative ease. I taught my Dad in 2-3 hours which gave him enough knowledge to figure out how to win on his own. He probably wasn't profitable right away but with a little bit of the short lesson and a few tournys worth of experience he eked out a small positive ROI.

After 18 months on this forum, all the tools, hundreds of hours of analyzing hands, and 7000 SnGs, I'm at 0% ROI. I haven't had two consecutive winning days this year. Obviously everyone but me can learn to easily beat SnGs in a few hours.

Very reasonable goal, I think most folks struggle with the learning part not the teaching part.
What I mean is you teach 10 people in 8 hours but only 1 of them will learn. The others will continue to "ignore" your advice for the first 6 month to forever... and never improve.
