Default Opinions on multitabling 5-10$ HU sng\'s

Guy three-tabled 5 dollar HU sng's (NL hold'em). He fullpotted with strong hands, raised a lot with strong starting hands preflop. Won 3 out of 3

1) Is this possible to do with profit usually?
2) What's the way to play?
3) What's the best way to play against a guy who is knowingly multitabling? Steal more?

i am 4-tabling the 20$s most of the time.

Its really easy, there are so many idiots out there, raising with flush draws or going broke with middle pair and stuff like that.

All you need to do is to play good solid poker. I dont even bluff that much, i just play my cards right.
