You could raise the flop to see where you are at but I think that your play is perfectly fine. Even if the player seemed like a coward with the amount of chips that you have, you are very very comfortable in the tournament with about 20M. But if you do raise and you get called you are then playing fold poker on the turn. There is not much equity in raising becasue you cannot beat anything. I think you played it perfectly fine. The 4x raise pre-flop is a lil much at this stage maybe something like 850 would have saved you some chips as well. But i think you saved yourself a lot of chips by not raising becasue if a K or Q hits you are not going to fold there either. So i think well played except for the massive 4x raise.

Given stacks, villain is min betting every street so far. What would he be limping with here that is minbet worthy? 22-77 is what I'd put him on. I think a flop raise to 1800 would be good. If he calls and keeps betting, then I'd give up. I don't think he has the ace here, and you could probably push him out of here with a little action.

I raise the flop and if called shut down from there.

Raising to 850 would be giving villain over 3:1 on a call...seems a little weak to me..I agree maybe I could get away w/ raising to 1000 min but 850 just seems too passive..

.... please never "raise to see where you are", we know exactly where we are in this hand K high, if you are raising you are raising because you think you can take down the pot not to "see where you are".
Also can you please give us a read on the CO, has he limped in LP before, if this is the first time raising is probably bad, if he has limped a couple of times before I like the raise, I think calling flop is bad, I think I fold it.
Cheers!
John

raise flop is good, villian can't really call without an ace here. but his range is alot wider than ax
