Default Live Tourney Final table

This hand is annoying me for a while, still not sure if I done the right thing.

Live $1500 buy in, 120 runners, 6 remain. Blinds 5k/10k, ave stack is 200k.

I'm cl with 480k, villian has about 240k and is second.
I think I played the flop badly but thats not the point now. Anyway on a flop of KQ4r villian bets 24k fron the sb into a 50k pot I make it 75k from the co with JT, everyone folds and he pushes. Is it gambol time?

I'll be second in chips if i lose and pratically guarnteed top 2 place if I win. Payouts go from $8500 to $58000.

Mp Limps, I (Co-1) limp, Button limps, sb compleats, bb check.
Sb is a very good player, pretty sure he had K4 when he pushed.

So pot is 365k after he pushes and its another 165k to you? Very marginally wrong call but at this stage, and if you rate the player as highly as you do, it could be time to take the slight gamble to knock him out...

I would fold here, with CL here you can cruise to top3 without any problems, which risk 1/2 of your stack with only 8 outs. Villain most likely has top pair here.

okay, advice here is pretty bad so, he is leading into the field, dont fold or raise so flat. its a limped pot. if you peel your 8 outs you can def get a v bet and if you peel a 9 you may stack him.
