Better time to play when working second shift

I work 3:30 to midnight, and this job has absolutely killed my volume. I leave before the sites get busy and get home after fish get sleepy.

So, rather that actually play some SNGs and figure it out for myself, what's conventional wisdom say on the relative softness of $22-$33 level games at 1pm vs. 1am? I'm off my game and I miss poker.
