I'm right here. I have been reading every post. I've just been very busy.

Contributed rakeback is in the pipeline for August. Large cards at your seat should be here before the end of the month.

We are talking to some A's and may have some very interesting deals for them.

$5,000 Added tonight. Be there.

More later.

Fred,

Now that you're collecting rake, will you consider investing more resources into fixing software bugs?

My top two:
-your hand is checked automatically
-after timing out on a hand, your next hand is "auto-folded" (even if you click "I'm back" immediately)

I have lost significant pots due to both issues recently. I have reported these to customer service, but haven't received any meaningful follow-ups. Most recently, one of the replies actually claimed that the 2nd issue was not a bug (which is contrary to earlier e-mails).

Other issues:
-MTT "Info" window should not prevent action in the game window
-MTTs should have breaks once per hour (preferably with an "I'm ready" button)
-Please add time banks for MTTs.

In the mean time, the fix is to click "I'm Back" then check "sit out next hand" and then uncheck "sit out next hand" before the next hand is dealt.

You're wrong. I mean, you're correct in that it will not help you, but it will help the site and it's goals. The poker site is there to enhance the gambling experience of WSEX's sportsbettors, who would all prefer a more freewheeling, gamboooooooooooling syle of play. Contributed rakeback will clearly promote this style of play, making the site more attractive to gambooolers.

Similarly, I have no idea why the 3/6 and 5/10 tables don't have a 2/3 and 3/5 blind structure, respectively. This small change would clearly promote the gamboool.

This may have been fixed already.

Last night I was taking a leak when a tourney started and I timed out the first hand UTG. I sat down just in time to see KK and the little button that said "I'm back." I clicked it and played the hand. If UTG had taken a second longer I'd have been screwed.

What does this mean? Can you elaborate?

Ugh, first we take a cut in rb to 75%, now we take a paycut by going to contributed rb? (we as in the grinder, the majority of the customers at wpx currently). I guess you gotta do what you gotta do, but it is tough to take 2 hits to our pay in a row. I don't mean to complain, I love what wpx has given us, but it doesn't mean I have to like the changes. Hopefully it is successful in inproving traffic and game difficulty.

GM, have you guys put in any thought to allowing HUD yet? This has been discussed a lot here but I haven't heard a reply yet.

I'm considering offering parallel rooms. One with full names in the hand histories, chat, and seats, and the other with fully anonymized seats and everything.

My people don't like it. What do you think?

Ignoring for a minute the amount of work it would take on your end to set up and maintain such a platform, I think that's a great idea.
