Default Live SNG - Acceptable to chop? How much?

I play a few times per week at a local cardroom. I have pushed for them to offer sngs. Today I succeeded. FF to the situation...

8-player $200+10 SNG, pays top 2, 65/35
3 left
Hero has 8900, CL has 10000, and shorty has 5100
What would you accept? Does it change if you have access to an ICM calculator?

It pisses me off so much that online SNG's have more rake than live ones.

Not in Reno, the daily tourny at harrahs which is like 25 people is a 20+10. Live Tournaments have killer rake in this god damned town

It's rare to find a live SNG with a rake this low I think. There have been numerous posts about live SNGs and this is the lowest rake I've seen. Locally we have 25+10's and 35+10's.

One time deal. It's to generate player volume for the cash game. I can't believe I forgot the blinds, but they were 150-300. While I was debating the chop, I was thinking "STTF is gonna make so much fun of me if I accept a chop here...". Between hands, though, I took out my iPhone (baller, I know) and looked up an ICM calculator. I think I calculated like 594 in equity. I couldn't figure out how to quantify my edge, so I pushed for 650/650/350 and got it. Pwned?

Yeah, the deal you got is amazing.

I think $200 + $35 is more like standard for a live SNG.

I'd probably say no thanks because I wouldn't want to offend them with the offer, but I'd take anything I thought was +EV. It would depend on the players, but likely I'd want like 45%.

That deal seems fine if they were 1/2 way decent and fair enough to not be insulting.
