Default 25NL: AQ in SB vs. LAGish? BB.

Villain is 25/13.6/2.57. I am fairly new to the table and lately have been aggressive pf, opening from LP about every hand I play. At first, I took down several pots preflop, but I feel like the table is starting to get suspicious. I really have had good hands though, not getting out of line.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 8 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

MP2: $4.05
CO: $22.80
BTN: $40.15
Hero (SB): $50.80
BB: $25.60
UTG: $4.70
UTG+1: $13.60
MP1: $4.65

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
6 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1</font>, BB calls $0.75

Flop: ($2) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $1.10</font>, BB calls $1.10

My cbet was a misclick. I meant to make it 1.6. argh.

Turn: ($4.20) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BB bets $2</font>, Hero calls $2

I believe villain is capable of floating, but I think that a K is a large part of his range now, I call for obvious reasons.

River: ($8.20) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BB bets $4.25</font>, Hero calls $4.25

piss poor river call? getting 3-1. Even if I think that villian floated me with PP or a Q and thought he was ahead after I shut down, he would rather check it down at this point. A busted flush draw is unlikely because I have two spades. He could also have a weaker Q. JT? Am I ahead enough here to call?

Results: $16.70 Pot ($0.80 Rake)

I don't know his bet sizes don't seem to me that he's trying to get you to fold much. Which either means he's bad or he's slow playing his Kx hand. His stats aren't out of line. I don't know every time I make calls in these spots I'm beat.

You have to be good here 25% of the time, but you did say you thought a K was a big part of his range. I don't think he bets this river without a K or something that beats you.
