[/ QUOTE ] i'm not picking on you steam, but yuou seem like an intelligent guy so i'll use you as my example. how in god's name can you not figure out how to post in oot? if you read it for a week before trying to post (like you should do for most any online forum) it's pretty freaking easy to figure out what to post. there are also a set of explicit rules as to what is and is not allowed. so i can't comprehend all these people that say "durrrrrr i just avoid oot cuz i can't figure out how to not get banned durrrrrrrrr"

I read it a little a few years ago and I posted something last year but I am not interested in most of the topics and very disinterested in the quality of replies. I wouldn't get banned due to the quality of my post.

[/ QUOTE ] steam, the only reason people get banned is for posting threads in violation of a few simple rules. so, if you don't think you would get banned for that, you won't get banned. about 95% of bans in OOT are for OP's of threads that clearly, explicitly never should have been made there. about 4% are for people making blatantly racist or NSFW posts. there is that little 1% that gets nailed for being repeatedly and persistently and shockingly dumb in a way that derails a thread and ruins the forum, but that is quite rare.

Hey, this weekend I was driving down Fairfax and all of the sudden the road was blocked off. There were like 3 cars all smashed up in the middle of the road. Anybody know what happened? Where's the news story? This [censored] has got to be so rare that the news should have been jumping all over it...
