Meh: Your hand range is fairly strong here, and there are so few hands that can c/c the turn that he can turn into a bluff. Maybe an overpair to the flop? 55/66/67/57? Turn action seems pretty gross for a lot of these hands.

Not to mention that this doesn't seem like a good spot to bluff, seeing as how he's leaving you with great pot odds.

Of course he could be leveling you, but I'd give him credit here until he gave me reason to believe otherwise.

If more weaker two pairs were possible, I think that would move it to a call pretty fast, but A3 and maybe T7 are just about the only worse two pair hand that makes any sense, and he opened UTG, so those aren't too likely.

Two things of note:

1) I dont think any of Sharrow's range uses this line strictly for value that we beat

2) A lot of hands that Lady Sharrow could have used for value on the flop then c/c on the turn are generally going to c/c on the river rather than c/r as a bluff due to aejones' image imo.

much of these 2 points are based on sharrows UTG raising range

the handrange that sharrow uses as a bluff here is small as a percentage of the overall hands that gets to the river, and the % of the time sharrow bluffs with those hands is also small. sooo, fold.

I have no idea how this generated such a huge thread. This is the easiest fold ever. Pot odds are irrelevant when you're beaten every single time. The ace was a great scare card on the turn so any bluffing from villain would have been in the form of a double barrel. Villain's turn play is pot control, indicating a hand with showdown value, and nothing has changed on the river to suddenly turn it into a hand that needs to launch an insane c/r bluff against an opponent whose range includes a ton of sets and top twos.
