Your pretty deep so a call is fine. You could raise this but, as said above depends on read on utg.

Id just call the raise and play flop accordingly.

reads on his UTG open range is obviously fairly important.

Blinds are short enough that I call and hope that either they or someone else shoves. I also have no problem dumping the hand if it gets heads up and an ace flops
