Should I raise river? No reads on villain, he's just sat at the table.

yea, his bet looks more like a blocker then vb, so will probably call a raise to 35 40ish, fold to 3 bet as he is unlikely to go crazy at this point with less than a flush

Make it like 45 or something, and fold if he raises obviously. Also, I usually bet this flop, and if I don't I often check behind this turn too. Thoughts?

There are 4 to a straight, 3 to a flush and the board is paired. I don't see much value in a raise here.
