Default 5 Star World Poker Classic (Bellagio)

Does anyone know the starting chips and structure for the $1500,2000 and 2500 events? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure all Bellagio tourneys start with double the buy-in in Tournament chips (T3000, T4000, T5000 in your case.) Someone who's played one of these can correct me if wrong.

sorry, missed the part about the structure. I have no clue.

Speaking of which, JC Tran has a good tournament once again going into the final 2 tables of event 4 as the Chip leader.

Good luck to you sir! Looking at the blinds and chip counts, do you think there will be much play left in the tournament? Seems like everyone but you, JC, and Wahlroos are short stacked.

According to CardPlayer, FieryJustice, JC Tran, and Scotty Nguyen are 3-handed now. Pretty cool. No clue what the chip counts are though.

JC won. FJ 2nd. Scotty Nguyen 3rd. Ship it holla Jon!

Edit: $147k for FJ. How well does JC Tran run?

At least Cardplayer is putting something out, but wth. They cover most of the day well, then they get three handed, and stop. They don't even have the details for the last hand.

J.C.'s run is almost scary at this point.

6th at World Poker Open 10k
2nd at LAPC 10k
Top 5 in chips after day one at Bay 101 10k
1st at World Poker Challenge 5k
And so far, he's had chips in 3 of the 4 prelims at Bellagio. He finished just out of the money in event 1, cashed in event 3, and won event 4.

No, they chopped when JC had almost a 2-1 chiplead.

They did the math for a chip count based chop. On top of that, JC wanted the PoY points (RIGGED!) and the bracelet, so he gave Jon $4,000 extra for those.

Jon walked away with around 190k.

Grats Jon!
