ftp bonus offer problem

whenever i am in the ftp client and click on requests/check my bonus offers the webpage that pops up is offline. everything else works normally but i cant claim the 500$ bonus i got emailed about! Anybody have a suggestion?

Using Beta or standard client? Beta seems to have troubles.

go to Requests, My Bonus Offers, on the main page of the GUI.
