Default Deep into $55, tough jacks decision

Can I and should I be folding pre flop to save myself 10k? Obviously the stop and go becomes completely stupid on that flop. Flat call the initial raise maybe but face tough decision when AA raises?

I say either fold or shove preflop. I don't like the idea of putting more than half my stack in preflop with jacks and possibly seeing AKx suited board or something like that.

Either get it all in preflop or fold preflop.
