Anyone have any other ideas?

Ship it to Buffalo and drive.

Seriously though, I have a feeling that shipping a car across the border is going to be a pretty big hassle.

I shipped a car from Florida to Ohio and it cost me about $550 using a random company. It worked out perfectly.

I know tons of kids who do this from New York to New Orleans and it's always fine, but like people said the scheduling isn't always perfect. I wanted to do this for my car from Michigan to here but my parents thought I should get some experience with long drives. Yeah, don't think I needed that, but oh well.
