Default Full Tilt Rakeback vs. Pokerstars FPP Progam. What is better?

I can't imagine this question hasn't been asked before, but I had no luck doing several searches. If this has been posted, a link would be appreciated.

To maximize return in terms of $, is it better to play on Pokerstars and earn FPPs or is it better to play on FTP and earn 27% rakeback? Is there some quick math I could do to figure that out?

For frame of reference, I play 50-100NL FR and get about 30-50K hands in per month. Does it make a difference if I were to play 100-200NL FR?

Thanks in advance for help/advice.

if you reach supernova then PS is better (FR).
Otherwise FTP will return you more.

How hard is it to reach supernova at 100NL?

This thread might help.

This has been often discussed, usually in the Zoo (Internet Gambling). Admittedly, the threads aren't that easy to find...I'm sure there have been much bigger threads than the one I linked above. I seached Internet Gambling for the last year, using the search terms "+Stars +FPP +RB -Re:", without the quote marks. There were a few other threads that came up with that search as well.
