10/20 Deep...Weird spot

Haven't been playing much lately w/ school but somewhat interesting hand came up. Villain is unknown on a small site. I have a ridiculous image. I got aipf w/ AT and AQ for stacks in the past 10 minutes. Haven't tangled much with villain other than RR him once where he folded.

4500 Eff stacks.

Villain opens in CO to $80. I just call AQo in the BB. Flop K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I chk-call $160.
Turn 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Chk chk
River A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I bet $400, he raises to $1150...I ?

Thoughts on my initial river bet and jamming over the top?

Edit: I don't have the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

In my experience you are crushed just about always here, river bet seems pretty much mandatory esp with ur image

I prefer check/raising this river (or obv just calling if he bets v big)

looks like a pretty trivial fold to me. you can easily have a flush or JT here and he should know that. and shoving isnt good given your image.
