What are the Everest playing requirements?

The Everest details page doesn't mention any playing requirements (other than joining). Is that correct or is there a set amount of play required now?

At the current time, there are no specific requirements for Everest. However, requirements may change and have for some sites, so anyone reading this should be sure to check the bonus page for each site before signing up.
