[/ QUOTE ] The problem with that definition is that it doesn't go into the details of the "rights, privileges, and liabilities distinct from those of its members." The flaw with dictionary definitions it they tend to be too terse at times. Those "rights, privileges, and liabilities distinct from those of its members" are the things that make corporations bad. Those words are vague enough to mean anything, but in the context of corporations, they're actually quite specific. |
