Default 4th St. %\'s and keeping track of stats for StudHi

I was wondering what is a normal 4th street percentage for StudHi.

Also, as far as I know, there is no stat software for StudHi. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

From previous discussions, the concensus is usually in the low 20%.

What's the driving logic behind that? Is it because a more skilled player can play more hands correctly and they are +EV?

Yeah although I look at it from the opposite direction. Less skilled players need more of an advantage to enter the pot, to keep from getting outplayed.
