response from party about image deletion bug

I didn't see this party response anywhere, so I am making a new thread.
I emailed party bitching, and I brought up the images deletion bug (i did not have this happen to me). And of course they sent the standard form response, that their software doesn't delete anything, blah blah blah, I replied saying that's a lie, etc, etc...
and after 2 days and about 4 emails, they sent me a response back:

2. When was the software first upgraded

3. When did they first uninstall the software

4. When did they first notice that the images are deleted

5. Did they reinstall the games

6. Are the able to play at tables

7. Contact Number and appropriate time to call

We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.

now this almost seems like they are trying to get some info to narrow down why the images were deleted. they even tried to call me, but i didn't answer cause I didn't recognize the #...

Yep, I got this but only after they initially told me they had nothing to do with it, followed by an apoligy for saying they had nothing to do with it, followed by me frequently asking what they would do about it.
Since i sent the answer to the questions (twice) i then got an email saying it would now take a few weeks to get back to me.
