Doesn't raising on 4th give your hand away just as much as re-raising on 3rd?

4th is the classic "represent a four flush" play. In this case it gives the impression of weakness, even as I get more money in with what is bound to be an edge.

To elaborate, if I hadn't caught suited I would probably just call 4th and raise on 5th (at this point thinking he DOESN'T have aces due to less information).
