Does adding an extra question mark to a question change the tone?

I'm trying out multiple commas to convey longer pauses, like if I was to go out for bread in the middle of a sentence,,,,,, or I might fall asleep,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, so, tell me,,, does it work???
