Default A Running Program For You

often times people ask about running and say they dont know how to improve run times or do cardio training. linked is a great running program developed by a trainer in my home town. i followed it training for a 5k and saw dramatic improvements in both run times and weight loss.

reading it on the web has the added text to follow each week which has helpful information but it makes it a bit confusing having each week on different pages. i was originally introduced to this program by email in an Excel spreadsheet which has all of the times/distance on it which i find much easier to read.

anyone wanting a copy of the Excel page, PM me your email address and ill send it to you. ive sent it to several other 2+2ers before H&F existed.
