I'm not sure what the solution is, since it would be lame if every time they showed somebody think about calling, they called. Still, it's lame to sit there and watch a player think for a coule minutes before folding 3rd pair.

I thought Gus betting pot on the river with JT and trips was an interesting move. I was thinking check/call, since there were missed draws. DN can't fold a better hand and probably folds worse. Then again, maybe Gus read him as tilting and thought the payoff wizard would strike again.

I think he really thought he was chopping or barely winning, and thought there was a decent chance Daniel would lay down the same hand if he bet. Obviously though, he was risking having to fold to a raise. I would have check/called, for sure.
